Good morning

My name is ............ and I would like to inform you that I have made an accident with the car you rented me 2 days ago in Kiev. Me and my family were going to rejoin the motorway M03 when a big reduction in speed happened and surprised me. I didn't have time enough to stop the car so we crashed into the back of the car behind. I'm sorry about that I should have stayed away the next car.
I called the police to ask them what I need to do in this case and afterwards I made a road traffic accident report with the driver concerned. So I send you this report in order to start insurance procedure and make an apology.

Let me know as soon as possible

Best regards
